The global leadership crisis

The society has taught us that leadership equals a position of power or a leadership title. In fact, when we look at the unfolding conflicts, chaos and imposed doom scenarios such as the climate emergency, it is fair to ask ourselves if we are experiencing a leadership crisis? Those that are supposed to be our leaders, are using psychological manipulation and engineered chaos to push their agendas and narratives that are manipulated (and in some cases have no basis in truth whatsoever) while they hide from their decisions and accountability. The c-pandemic is a great example of how global and local leaders (ab)used their power to execute a highly questionable, corrupt and destructive c-pandemic agenda of which the psychological effects will only become visible in years to come. We are already seeing more and more facts coming to the light regarding the safety of the experimental c-injections, the rising health issues (e.g. cancer) amongst those that have taken the c-injection and the increased number of deaths compared to prior years. While leaders can make mistakes in a state of unconsciousness, they should never run away or try to hide their actions because that is not what psychologically healthy individuals do. A healthy individual will accept accountability and admit their short sightedness and the consequences of their behaviour and their decisions. This is the minimum level of ethics, integrity and maturity that we should expect from those that have entitled themselves or have been elected as leaders of humanity.
The Ipsos research report from March 2024 on what worries the world shows us that 62% of people globally believe that we’re headed in the wrong direction (see below picture). This seems to indicate that we are truly facing a global leadership crisis with incapable leaders who are serving their own agendas and that some type of change is required if we want to ensure that we’re heading into the right direction.
If we assume that we are in the midst of a leadership crisis and that we desperately require healthy leaders who act in the best interest of humanity, then how do we define healthy leadership? First of all, healthy leadership is never solely imposed through positions of power, it is naturally imposed through virtue in behaviour. True leaders walk their talk, their words and actions match and they are authentic in who they are and how they show up. True leaders don’t serve (divisive) agendas, in fact the only agenda they serve is the agenda of humanity. They live by the values of compassion, generosity, kindness, peace, truth and unity. Authentic leaders unite people despite their differences, their very being reflects healthy leadership. In spiritual terms we could say that those leaders are enlightened, they have integrated their inner masculine and inner feminine qualities and they have reached individuation or wholeness. It is fair to say that spiritual enlightenment will be a requirement for all future leaders of the new earth (5th dimension) because that is the only way that we can guarantee integrity of character and purity of intention and service. In other words, we need leaders who don’t sell their values and their souls to the highest bidder.
That humanity is transitioning from the old age of pisces into the new age of aquarius is becoming very clear to anyone who is observant, has eyes to see and who has knowledge of ancient prophecies that have predicted this important transition. Our current (belief) systems and paradigms of control are crumbling and humanity is moving into a new direction that is symbolised by aquarian qualities such as freedom, innovation, (space) exploration, spiritual growth and sovereignty.
The new age of aquarius will bring forth a new leadership which is more authentic and moral though we should be aware that this is a process and that we might fall a few times before we can fully rise. This new leadership will have to prove itself through their actions, not just their words.
In the years to come, humanity will have to face the deep psychological wounds that need to be healed resulting from abusive and corrupt leadership and the anti-human agenda that has been pushed throughout the age of pisces. The leadership that will be needed in the near future is a compassionate and drama-free (peaceful) leadership that can hold space for healing of the collective. We will eventually have to make the shift from victimhood into empowerment and we can only do that through our own healing and spiritual evolution. That is why spiritual growth will be a requirement for the aquarian age. Mastering our spiritual growth is also required as we will be exposed to increased technological innovation which could lead to an unconscious co-dependency with the technology.
The most important wisdom to remember as we move forward into the new age of aquarius, is our own inner technology, our spiritual light which exceeds any external technology. It is within where our true power lies.
